Existing Customers
If you have ordered from Kurt S. Adler in the past but do not have a login do this...
1. If you know the MAIN email address for your account, click this link Kurt Adler's - Forgot Your Password? (read entire page before clicking please)
2. Enter the email address then click.

Next, check your email. If you do not receive the email quickly, check your "spam" or "junk" folder. If it is not in one of those folders, then the "MAIN" email for your account is incorrect and needs updated. Send an email to Kelli koi@kurtadler.com and give her your account # and include your business name address etc. along with primary email that you want to use for your login.
Note: Your account # will have your state abbreviation and 4 numbers example "OH1234" if you still can't find it call your rep. they will help.
FIND YOUR REP
VERY IMPORTANT: After you shop the site and go to check out, PLEASE, enter your representatives name in the “Referred by/Salesperson” section so your rep. will receive a copy of your order and be able to assist.
If you do not, they will NOT be able to follow that order through shipment or even see your order.
As reps, we want you to know we appreciate your business and let you know there is "a company" selling Kurt S. Adler (and MANY others) directly to retailers by-passing the sales reps. They email blast customers promising things like “free freight" and other “promotions”. As a retailer you must know that NOTHING is free, including “free freight”. Don’t be fooled, "Shop local", call your rep. they will tell you how and where you save $, ordering directly through them.
