Will my Rep. contact me before placing my order?
Yes: Before your order gets submitted to the NY office your Rep. will reach out to you.
Why are there no links on some of the item numbers in the catalogs?
If there is no link, the items is not available to purchase at this time.
How up to date is the pricing and availability?
We update the pricing and availability every Monday & Thursday.
Why are some pictures missing in my shopping cart?
Only the IMAGE URL's that Kurt Adler supplies us are available on the site. Sorry, but when you receive your final order confirmation all the images should be on that copy.
Why is my rep not listed in the drop down menu?
They did not subscribe to this service
Why can I not purchase in full case packs?
The case packs are shown when you click on the item # but for now, you can only order in multiples of the split case. If you want a full case, order in multiples of the full case, when your Rep. enters your order, you will get the case pack price. No worries, your rep will be sending you your order copy with the correct pricing based on qty ordered.
What is the minimum order I can place?
The minimum order value is $350.00 per calendar year, and $150.00 for a re-order.

Why do I have to submit separate orders for the main catalog and the supplemental catalogs?
The main catalog is in a different format (Portrait) then the supplemental catalogs (landscape.) The supplemental catalogs looked really small in portrait mode. NO worries though, your Rep will combine all your orders i into one when they send you your order copy.
